As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without providing a specific reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you have received the service or product.
Exceptions for vehicle wrapping services
Vehicle wrapping is a customised and individual service. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders where:
- The wrap is produced or carried out according to the customer’s wishes (e.g., custom sizing, individual design, logos, colours, special measurements)
- The work has started with the customer’s explicit consent before the 14-day withdrawal period ends
- The service has already been fully performed
By placing an order, the customer understands and accepts that the right of withdrawal ends once wrapping work has started with their explicit consent.
How to withdraw
If the right of withdrawal is still valid (for example, an offer or an order that has NOT yet been started), you must submit your withdrawal in writing by email within 14 days to:

- Your name
- Order number
- Vehicle registration number
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw
Refund
If approved, a refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

If work has already started or materials have been ordered for your individual project, Nano meikki Oy reserves the right to charge for completed work and acquired materials.
