Order cancellation (before work starts)
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email.
Your cancellation message should include:
- Your full name
- Order number (if available)
- Vehicle registration number
- A clear statement that you want to cancel the order
Cancellation is only possible if the work has not started and materials have not been ordered or prepared for your individual project.
If work has started or materials have been ordered specifically for your order, Nano meikki Oy reserves the right to charge for completed work and acquired materials.
Returns
Vehicle wrapping and vinyl wrapping services are custom-made work carried out according to the customer’s wishes (e.g., design, colour, size and layout). For this reason, completed and installed wraps are not eligible for return.
If you receive an incorrect or clearly defective product due to an error by Nano meikki Oy (e.g., wrong material without installation), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by email. Please attach photos and a written description of the issue.
Each case is handled individually and, depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please submit a written complaint within 14 days of completion to nanomeikki@gmail.com.
Your complaint should include:
- Your full name
- Vehicle registration number
- Service date
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video (if needed)
Nano meikki Oy will process the complaint and respond in writing within a reasonable time, usually within 5–10 business days.
Our goal is always to resolve issues through discussion and by correcting any justified error.
Not covered by complaints
Please note that normal wear, stone chips, improper washing or maintenance, strong chemicals, pressure washing from too close, or mechanical damage are not covered under the complaint process.
